Accusation: London EV Company (former London Taxi Company, owned by Geely) sued the makers of Metrocab claiming breach of trade mark, copying London Taxi's iconic design of the London Taxi.

Judgement All London Taxi Companies claims were rejected in January 2016, and the Court of Appeal confirmed the judgement. The Appellant had to pay the respondents'costs and 125.000 English pound.
